Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO

Medical Director and Co-founder

Dr. Saima Raﬁq, DO our Medical Director and Co-founder, embodies the belief that life should be a balance between career, family, and feeling gorgeous. Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO is an internal medicine specialist who received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Saima has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. As a dedicated physician, wife and mother of two, she knows the importance of looking and feeling fabulous while managing life's responsibilities.

Khurram Bukhari, aka K.B.

CEO and Co-founder

Khurram Bukhari, also known as K.B., our CEO and Co-founder, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to NUR | Med Spa & Wellness. K.B. received his undergrad in political science from U.S.F. and his M.B.A in Marketing and Business Management from Nova Southeastern University. K.B. has been part of multiple starts up and led sales and marketing teams for over 15 years. With a vision to create value for both our team and clients, he joins forces with his wife, Dr. Saima, sharing a commitment to our spa's mission and vision.
