Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO

Medical Director and Co-founder

Dr. Saima Raﬁq, DO our Medical Director and Co-founder, embodies the belief that life should be a balance between career, family, and feeling gorgeous. Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO is an internal medicine specialist who received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Saima has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. As a dedicated physician, wife, and mother of two, she knows the importance of looking and feeling fabulous while managing life's responsibilities.

Khurram Bukhari, aka K.B.

CEO and Co-founder

Khurram Bukhari, also known as K.B., our CEO and Co-founder, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to NUR | Med Spa & Wellness. K.B. received his undergrad in political science from U.S.F. and his M.B.A in Marketing and Business Management from Nova Southeastern University. K.B. has been part of multiple startups and led sales and marketing teams for over 15 years. With a vision to create value for both our team and clients, he joins forces with his wife, Dr. Saima, sharing a commitment to our spa's mission and vision.

Yenny Bannon

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

I am Yenny, a board-certified Physician Assistant with a deep passion for aesthetic medicine and over 13 years of experience in the field. Before becoming a PA, I honed my skills performing surgical hair transplants, where I gained extensive knowledge and expertise in advanced cosmetic procedures. I’ve had the privilege of training directly under Dr. Saima, which has allowed me to refine my skills and expand my expertise in the latest aesthetic techniques. This mentorship has equipped me to deliver exceptional results while ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care. At Nur Medspa, I am dedicated to providing transformative results through a client-centered approach, helping individuals feel confident and radiant in their skin. When I’m not at Nur Medspa, I enjoy spending time with my two children and husband, traveling, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Celiana Charon

Office Manager

Hello, I’m Celiana, the Office Manager at Nur Medspa and Wellness. With a passion for excellence and client satisfaction, I strive to create an inviting and professional environment where every client feels valued and cared for. In my role, I oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the medspa, including managing appointments, collaborating with our highly skilled medical team, and addressing client inquiries with promptness and care. My dedication to organization ensures that every aspect of the client experience—from booking to follow-up—is smooth and enjoyable. Beyond my administrative duties, I manage essential areas such as inventory, billing, and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Nur Medspa. I’m committed to fostering a supportive environment for our team and delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Brianna Clapp

Client Relations & Social Media Manager

Hello, I’m Brianna, a proud UCF alumna. With a year of experience in the aesthetics industry, I am honored to be a part of the NUR team. As the first point of contact for our clients, I am committed to ensuring that each individual who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and informed. In addition to client interaction, I manage the NUR MedSpa social media channels, curating engaging and informative content that highlights the wide range of services we offer. I am passionate about delivering exceptional client care and strive to make every client’s experience at NUR seamless and enjoyable.

Angelica Joy De La Cerna

Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m Angelica! I work as a Customer Service Rep at Nur Medspa and Wellness, where my goal is to make your experience easy, friendly, and stress-free. Whether I’m answering your questions, scheduling your appointment, or just making sure you feel taken care of, I’m here to help. At Nur Medspa, we aim to make every visit special! When I’m not working, I’m a busy mom of three kids who keep me on my toes! Between school runs and playdates, I’m always juggling, but I love the challenge. Balancing work and family is tough, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Alejandro De La Cerna III

Project Manager

Hi, everyone! My name is Alejandro. I completed a two-year program in Computer and Information Technology, and I currently work as a Project Manager here at Nur Medspa & Wellness. My role is to assist the NUR team and our clients, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both sides for a seamless experience. I coordinate tasks, address challenges, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three amazing kids who inspire me every day to keep growing and improving.

Abigail Candelario

Medical Assistant & Licensed Aesthetician

Hello! I’m Abi, a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant and Licensed Aesthetician, blending clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry to deliver exceptional care. Since earning my aesthetics license in 2019, I’ve specialized in a variety of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL therapy, and more. My passion lies in providing personalized, results-oriented treatments that cater to each client’s unique skin concerns and needs. By combining my medical background with a love for skincare and beauty, I strive to help every client look and feel their best.
